Adv. Haim Pour-Abramovich is one of Israel’s leading real estate attorneys, with over two decades of extensive experience advising on complex real estate transactions, large-scale development projects, purchasing groups, urban renewal initiatives, planning and zoning, financial structuring, and real estate taxation.
She began her legal career in 2004 at the law firm Weksler Bergman & Co. She later joined Ziv Lev & Co., where she worked as a partner for nearly a decade until the end of 2017.
In 2018, she joined Fischer & Co. (FBC) (formerly Fischer, Bachar, Chen, Well, Orion & Co.) as a partner, leading a top-tier team in the Real Estate Department until the end of 2024.
In this role, she managed some of the most significant and high-profile real estate deals in the market, representing developers, real estate companies, and institutional entities through all stages of planning, development, and execution.

Adv. Nafshi specializes in real estate law and provides legal counsel to the firm's clients in various transactions and areas, including commercial and residential projects.
He accompanies individuals and private and public companies through complex real estate deals-from the due diligence stage through negotiation, drafting agreements, and finalizing transactions.
Adv. Nafshi practices urban renewal, including urban evacuation- reconstruction projects (“Pinui-Binui”), and represents entrepreneurial entities in the commercial and income-generating real estate sector.
Additionally, he handles registration arrangements at the Israel Land Registry Offices and the Israel Land Authority and manages temporary rights registration in residential and commercial projects dealt with by the firm.
Adv. Nafshi is committed to creating real estate business opportunities for the firm’s clients - from the stage of identifying potential deals, through guiding clients in shaping the business concept and vision, and up to the successful execution of the transaction.
