Who Are We?

Haim Pour-Abramovich & Co. is a boutique law firm specializing in real-estate law and complex property transactions. We lead real-estate deals across Israel and represent public and private developers, contractors, institutional investors, landowners, and purchasers.
Our attorneys handle all aspects of the field: acquisitions and sales, large-scale development projects, income-producing properties, purchase groups, combination deals, and urban-renewal projects.

Are You Required to Provide Us with Information?

Under Section 11 of the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, anyone collecting information must clarify whether providing it is legally required or voluntary. In this case, there is no legal obligation to provide the information. Sharing it is entirely voluntary.

What Personal Information Do We Store About You?

In short: when you use our services and contact us, we may store information about you.
This may include identifiable information such as your full name, contact details (phone number and email address), and any information provided to us during the provision of services or via contact forms.

What Non-Identifying Information Do We Store About You?

Even non-identifying information can still reveal things about you, so it’s important for you to know that we only store the following:
technical data such as browser type, device settings and plugins, information about viewed pages, service usage patterns, and technical details collected during communication with you.

How Is Information Collected?

We collect only the information that is provided to us during your use of our services.

How Do We Use Your Information?

We use your information in order to provide our services, for marketing, advertising, and sales purposes, and—if you request it—to transfer information to a specific third party.

Who Else Has Access to the Information?

As a rule, the fewer people who have access to your data, the better.
In our case, access is granted only to our employees under confidentiality obligations, and, when necessary, to service providers who assist us in operating the service and are bound by a specific data-processing agreement.

Which Third Parties May Receive Access?

Third parties are external services that assist us in providing the service. Each one signs a Data Processing Agreement, and ideally, we conduct due-diligence checks in accordance with the guidelines of the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

Can You Review, Correct, or Update Your Information?

Under Section 13 of the Privacy Protection Law, you have the right to review the information stored about you.
Under Section 14, you may request to update or correct information that is no longer accurate.
Israeli law does not obligate us to allow deletion of data, but you may contact the appointed Data Protection Officer, who will review the request.

What About Cookies?

A cookie is a small file placed on your computer to save you from entering details repeatedly, such as login or contact information.
However, malicious parties can sometimes use cookies to track you online.
We use both our own cookies and third-party cookies.

What About Security Incidents?

Currently, Israeli law does not require notifying users directly about data-security events—only reporting to the Privacy Protection Authority.
However, a database owner may choose to offer stronger protection.
We comply with the legal requirements and will notify you only if instructed to do so by an authorized authority. Complaints will be reviewed at our discretion.
