Adv. Moran Leibovich specializes in real estate law and advises the firm's clients on a broad range of transactions, including property sales and acquisitions, new-build and resale transactions, urban renewal, income-generating properties, and other complex construction, residential and logistics transactions. She also has experience drafting and advising on construction contracts, consultancy agreements and leases.

 

She represents individuals, private and public companies, and business entities throughout every stage of a transaction, from preliminary investigations and due diligence through negotiation and the drafting of agreements and legal documents to completion.

 

Adv. Leibovich provides thorough, meticulous and precise legal counsel tailored to each client's needs, the complexity of the transaction and its commercial characteristics. She also handles the regularization and registration of property rights.

 

Her knowledge and experience in solar energy and planning and building further enhance the legal support she provides in transactions involving planning, commercial and regulatory considerations.

 

Adv. Leibovich began her legal career at Fischer & Co. (FBC), where she worked for approximately five years. She subsequently spent a further five years at a private law firm in Ashdod. She later served for approximately two years at Balila Group as legal counsel, planning, construction and energy coordinator, and executive assistant to the CEO.
